These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MOVEZY mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By using MOVEZY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are

MOVEZY is a mobility-based rewards and commerce platform that uses artificial intelligence to personalize experiences, guide navigation, and distribute virtual currency (ZyCash) as incentives for physical movement and engagement with partner businesses.

2. Eligibility

To use MOVEZY, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old

• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

If you are under 18, you may only use MOVEZY under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account and Data

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• Providing accurate and updated information

• Any activity under your account

You agree that MOVEZY may collect and process your location, movement, and usage data to provide services, rewards, and relevant business offers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. ZyCash Rewards

ZyCash is MOVEZY’s internal reward currency. You earn ZyCash based on your activity, such as walking, driving, or visiting partner locations.

• ZyCash has no monetary value outside the platform

• It may be used for discounts, offers, or cash-back (when available)

• MOVEZY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel ZyCash balances at any time

5. Business Interactions

MOVEZY displays third-party businesses, promotions, and content. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or accuracy of third-party offerings.

You are solely responsible for engaging with businesses, redeeming offers, or making purchases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the app

• Misuse ZyCash (bots, GPS spoofing, or fake activity)

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or businesses

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software used in MOVEZY are the property of MOVEZY Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice, especially in case of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of ZyCash or AI systems

9. Limitation of Liability

MOVEZY is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, error-free operation

• Accuracy of business listings or offers

• Safety or results from suggested routes

MOVEZY is not liable for indirect damages or losses from the use (or inability to use) the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Port Saint Lucie, FL.
